Weird to say this since I'm not a avid dentist lover but everyone I came into contact with were awesome. Down to earth, easy to talk with. They have a since of humor in a professional way. Never got the impression "I'm the Dentist" unlike some I've been to in the past. Good visit is all I can say. Thanks

This dentist office has got to be the most unprofessional business I've EVER had to deal with. There is constant drama and gossip being spouted by the office staff, about one thing or another. The office is small so every conversation is for all to hear and suffer through. The service is horrible, they are always running late and I've had to wait over an hour to be seen. Today I get to my late afternoon appointment to be told their X-ray machine had broken in the morning and they had tried to call me. She proceeded to tell me they had rescheduled all their patients for the day. Now, this is AFTER I had talked to someone in the office twice. Someone called me at 10:45 asking if I could come in any earlier because they had cancelations they were trying to cover. I said I needed to keep my 3:00 appointment because I was working. I then called them at 1:00 to try and reschedule my 3:00 because it was going to be difficult to get there from work on time. The older man who I talked to, gave me a guilt trip about the late notice. I explained how the office had called earlier to try and reschedule me, so I thought rescheduling was a viable option. He muttered something about how "yeah they had all left early to take the rest of He day off". I told him I would keep the appointment and get there as quickly as I could. I was here at 3:05 just to be told they had tried to call me in the morning but had to reschedule the day due to the X-ray breaking. Now who in this day and age would even try to say they called when they didn't? All we have to do is look at our phone to see if we missed a call. So why the lies? I don't know, but this office takes advantage of their clients because it's the only office that takes state dental. I would rather pay out of pocket then continue to be subjected to a dishonest, unprofessional and ill functioning office.

I have always been beyond terrified of the dentist hence my dental issues now, but this office is truly amazing. I've been seen to and checked on in and out of the office. The staff consists of a group of caring upbeat people. Everyone makes sure I am comfortable and fully informed about everything they do through out each procedure. I've seen both the male and female dentist and I have zero complaints they are amazing and make sure you walk out with after care necessities and are always a phone call away. All of the anxiety I've had has flown out the window thank you all. Lastly thank you for being so into your patients and knowing me on a first name bases which makes you feel much more than just a patient. I highly recommend them to everyone

This Dentist accepts all insurances...They are very caring and the Dentist is gentle and makes sure that you don't feel a thing! Great fun-loving staff. All the girls came in smiling and joking around... made me feel very comfortable. I have a big fear of dentists after Omni dental, this dentist was caring and listened to my bad experience and said, you won't feel a thing... I didn't feel a thing!! Would recommend this dentist to anyone....

I never write reviews be they good or bad. But aimce this is the health feild an exception has to be made. I arrived to my appointment early enough for new patient paperwork.  When I checked in Noone gave me paperwork.  I waited for a good 30 min+. I watch two people go back that didn't fill out paper work either. The hygienists were asking "did they fill out paperwork?, where's there paperwork?". So I got up and asked for mine. Not even 5 min after I gave it to them the hygienist couldn't find it. My appointment was pushed back because someone missed their 8am appointment  and they still took them at 10a on a busy day. I am in the medical field and if you miss your appointment you get rescheduled. It was not a pleasant visit. The only good part I can state is when I got back to xray everyone was very nice and professional. I needed to get sent to an oral surgeon but the one they refer to is booked til march. I made an apt. To get ck dental to do the work instead and the doctor was very caring. I later found a surgeon who will take me next week and when I called to cancel the receptionist was terrible, I had to re-say everything several times and was told I wasn't on the schedule. Which I was, I made the apt. Hours ago. Finally got the appointment cancelled. 

Overall dental staff was great and professional and knowledgeable. I was also able to get the meds i needed to the mass infection i have, which is a plus. As for everything else I was not happy.
