I have dental insurance and this Dentist was friendly but the dentist office was charging me at front the FULL total amount of the work to be done prior the work then my insurance was sending a payment to the dental office for the percentage that they insurance was suppose to cover then the dentist was charging me again for the part that the insurance didn't pay so basically this dentist office was getting double pay every time i had work done. I found out when i called my own insurance company and a representative explain to me the error then i confirm the problem with my paperwork and the statements and receipts that i was given after paying. When i confronted the dentist office with my concerns they always told me that the person in charge of the billing needed time to review my paperwork and months went by and i kept calling and passing by and they always gave me the same excuses that the person in charge of billing was off and will be back another day, or that they were reviewing my paperwork and never called me back when finally went to office and confront them they called me and say that they will gladly waved what i owe them "even tho i had always paid in full prior the visit plus they were getting double pay from me and the insurance company" but they wont welcome me back and they wont release my X rays or the history of work done to anybody unless i paid the remaining balance owe to them..  FROM WHERE?? never showed me explanation  of the why i still owe anything!! they just gave me a bill..! MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
