Anderson Toyota serves the Rockford Illinois area, selling and leasing new Toyotas and used cars. Awarded the 2015, 2016 & 2017 Consumer Satisfaction award from DealerRater! You'll find a large service department with an express oil change, tires, parts, and even major services. We are part of the Anderson Automotive Group which has been serving the Rock River Valley since 1970. Our goal at Anderson Toyota is to do everything possible to provide our customers with the best products and services at all times, while also treating every client with the respect they deserve. Our current location at 4100 N. Perryville on the corner of Riverside and Perryville was opened in July of 2012 in order to better serve our customers. We can now provide you with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment in our Service department and more selection in our new and used car inventories. We offer free shuttle transportation, free WiFi, a one of a kind dog park and an outdoor lounge with a fountain.

I researched cars thoroughly and explored long and hard to purchase the right vehicle. My experience with Anderson Toyota was exceptional and exemplary!  Salespersons were extremely helpful, both Kim, with whom I initially spoke on several occasions and who provided excellent information that guided my decision making, and Al, who navigated me through the purchasing process and instructed me concerning the fine points about operation of my new Camry's various systems and Toyota Car Care. Both were courteous, respectful, and not "pushy." I also really appreciated the dealership's follow up calls after my purchase, to determine if I had any questions and to provide contact information should any arise in the future. Anderson's vehicle selection is outstanding, and I was completely satisfied with the agreed-upon price .... an outstanding deal! I really appreciated Toyota's deep rebate and the special offers available through Anderson's website .... the vehicle I purchased was one of these. I somewhat dreaded the process of purchasing a new vehicle but was surprisingly pleased with my experience through Anderson's .... it indeed left an unexpectedly sweet taste in my mouth. I have had my "new baby" for a bit over a month now and am daily delighted my the features and quality of my Camry, without reservations. I WILL return to Anderson Toyota for my next vehicle.

We normally purchase newer used cars and had never had a Lexus. Keith was wonderful in considering our needs and desires while making recommendations. He was not pushy and was patient with us as we thought we might want to wait for another color RX350 to come available. It was the Rockford Lexus dealership experience along with Keith and Matt's professionalism that made us decide in the end not to purchase a different used Lexus at another dealership that was the color we had hoped to find. In all we drove at cars at 5 dealerships while making this decision. We have had our new car just over a week and are are thrilled beyond words with the cars appearance and ride. We look forward to our relationship with this dealership in years to come.

I've always disliked going to a car dealership because it's always been overwhelming.. not any more! Al Smith was super friendly, kind, and helpful! He answered all of our odd questions accordingly, and he wasn't your typical pushy salesman, though he definitely knows how to make a sale! Everyone we encountered today was wonderful, we are so glad we happened to stop in when we did. I now have a car that I love, that I can afford, and I will always recommend this location!

Everyone at the Perryville location was so friendly. They made me feel like I was part of the family. They were so kind to my service dog Tito and made sure we were taken care of. They spent hours making sure I got the car I wanted and got it for me at a price I couldn't turn down. If I could give them more stars I would. Thanks to Jim, Matt, and Ben! They made myou experience exceptional!

Great friendly service in all areas of the sales team. I was working on purchasing a used vehicle and a hail storm hit. They were great about making sure everything on my car was fixed promptly, you can't tell there was ever any hail damage. Jeff Klock was very knowledgeable and kept in touch without being pushy. He listened to what I needed and wanted. Randy Alex, Andy and Kenny were also a pleasure to deal with.
