I bought a car yesterday and worked with Mike Fisher.  It was truly a great experience.  Mike was awesome!  I traded in an older car and he was fair and honest from the start.  No hassle at all and he presented a fair deal the first time.  The rest of the paperwork went fast and was a simple process.  Staff was very professional, and efficient.  I will definitely go back to see Mike next time I need a vehicle.

We are very happy with our new Subaru. Matthew Vincent and Todd Tifft were patient and easy to work with. We took a test drive with Matthew, did a bunch of online research and comparison shopping, then ended up making a deal with Napleton. Some of the dealers in the Chicago suburbs were cheaper, but when you factor in a higher sales tax, and the convenience of doing business locally, we took the deal with Napleton. The only surprise was that there was an additional $399 charge for "dealer accessories" that wasn't disclosed to us ahead of time, but we felt like we had gotten a fair price, so we didn't mind too much. Most of prep was done in advance, so we just had to show up, review and sign the paperwork, and go over the features of our new vehicle. Process was relatively quick and painless.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a car dealeship and I have to admit I was pretty nervous! However, the guys at Napleton Subaru were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The GM Scott was extremely fair on my trade value and made sure I was getting the best deal and not the run around, he truly wanted to help me out. My salesman Bob was super helpful going over my new Subaru and making sure I was aware of every option and how to use it. Apple Car Play ROCKS! 
I was also impressed with how fast they were because no one wants to sit at a car dealership all day. Their store was clean and they go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and important. I will be buying my next vehicles from here and will continue to push my friends and family to this awesome dealership! 
Thank You for all you did guys and I really appreciate you giving me such a great deal! I LOVE MY NEW SUBARU!!!

This was my first time shopping for a vehicle, and out of the places I visited, Napleton was the best experience. Their staff was able to answer all of my questions, didn't obstruct anything along the way, and felt very welcoming. Everything was laid out on the table from the beginning down to any small imperfection (on a vehicle). There was no feeling that they were trying to hide anything. They also use Carfax.

I don't wish to name names, but the place my dad and I visited prior to Napleton felt sketchy. They took us out for a test drive on a bumpy road, and their "vehicle facts" sheet did not accurately reflect the car (it said no accidents, but there was collision damage to the exterior of the vehicle, and the last odometer check was 90,000 miles different from the current reading). The reason I share that experience is to say that nothing like that happened at Napleton. Their sheets accurately reflected the vehicle.

I feel confident in my purchase, and would happily buy another Subaru from Napleton in the future.

We were not even in the market for a new vehicle, however, upon receiving notification that our current Crosstrek was in high demand as a used car and we could get into a new lease for about the same monthly payment, we decided to stop in. 48 hours later, we drove a brand new Crosstrek off the lot with exactly the deal we were anticipating. The customer service was top notch from the minute we arrived. We interacted with no less than three people (sales rep, sales manager, and finance manager) and all three exhibited respectful and considerate behavior. The experience from start to finish was effortless and productive. I highly recommend Napleton Subaru for your next vehicle.
