I stopped in earlier this week, and Victor helped me find an awesome used car at a great price! Victor took me around the lot to look through the inventory, and I took a couple of cars for a test drive. The financing went well and I got a very low rate, nice surprise. I compared to other dealers in the area and it was a better deal for the model than the competition. This took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was very smooth. Dan, Nate, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful.

Bought my Accord a little over a year ago and still love the car.  Worked with Casey Walter on my purchase and everything went very smoothly.  They follow up to make sure you are completely satisfied.  The service department is great also for your routine work (oil change...) - comfortable waiting area.  Casey always comes up and says hi and checks if you are still happy with your vehicle if she sees you at the dealership.  If you are considering the Honda sensing package and are unsure - get it!  It is awesome.  Highly recommend this dealership and Casey is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was the easiest transaction for a new leased vehicle ever. I saw a car I liked, left an email, Kristi made an appointment for me with Victor, and I leased it. The financial end went quickly and smoothly--no gimmicks. I got a '17 Accord Coupe EX, and so far, I love it!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience as a first time car buyer here! Shaun Corirossi in sales was friendly, funny, and so knowledgeable! I didn't feel like I was working with a car salesman, I felt like I was working with a personal guide! I would 100% recommend contacting him if you are looking for a car! Jim in finance went the extra mile just to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. I am so impressed with his professionalism and how personable he was. He was also so funny and made the process enjoyable. Rob in sales was also amazing. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, including first time car buyers! I absolutely plan on continuing to do business there in the future!!!!

I have been searching for a replacement van online for about three months before I finally found the opportunity to stop in at Napleton.  Vanessa was very responsive to my questions and did a wonderful job keeping me informed and putting me in touch with the salesman, Ryan.  Ryan was very diligent in answering all my questions and most of all he was very personable.  It was if  I have known him for a long time.  Chris was also there to help make a fantastic deal.  I felt like they bent over backwards to get my business and I came back to them for that reason.  They were all there with great understanding of my needs.  Larry also did a great job explaining all my options in the finance area.  Thank you Napleton Honda for a fantastic deal!
