Tony, I want to let you know that I appreciate the effort you put into this sale for us. The fact that you actually followed up on what we discussed (the paint condition & the entertainment system options) was impressive. That kind of integrity is something that there is not enough of in our world anymore! Honestly, your efforts played a part in me deciding to buy this specific van. I was also surprised how quickly you processed all the paperwork and stuff for us. You are obviously good at what you do for a living. Don't believe their 3 month warranty. They only payed half of my brakes and sensors I replaced and that's only because I kept insisting. I am a huge supporter of buying local but you jerks blew your chance.

For the most part our buying experience was a good one. Tony and Gerald were great and really worked with us. We got a great deal on both the vehicle we bought and our trade-in. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star was because we drove an hour on Friday to buy a vehicle and they said that we couldn't do it that evening, so we had to drive another 70 miles Back up there on Saturday to make the deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good used vehicle.
