My family will only do business with Lubbers. Salesman are not your typical salesman, no pressure, and always nice. Just traded in a vehicle and the price was more than fair. Recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I bought my beautiful new car from them on Saturday. I couldn't be more THANKFUL for how the process went. The process was smooth and painless. I've had problems with other dealerships pester me and blow up my phone. With Lubbers I really felt like it was completely my decision. I went in wanting honest help and that's exactly what I got. Troy Tunnel was the salesman that helped me and I HIGHLY recommend him. He was more than helpful and really made my first adult purchase an amazing experience. I'm so glad i made my decision to shop Lubbers.

Danny and his crew and the Ford Service Center are the best. They will work a customer in even with a full schedule. They do great work.

I've purchased a number of vehicles from Lubbers both Chevy and Ford. This review is not for the sale or service but targeting how they handle issues when things go bad for customers and for them. About two years ago I had a new vehicle which had a front end part on the drive terrain go bad. No problem things happen, it was replaced under warranty and my wife and son headed off to the mountains two days later. Vehicle broke down on the way home in the snow, similar or same problem, towed hour away to closest dealer, stranded. I got them home via a train a day later. Obviously none is happy. Lubbers reimbursed train tickets, retrieved my vehicle, and had to pay the other dealership for another repair. They never blinked in trying to take care of us. Although this may sound like what you would expect them to do, I am not convinced all dealerships would of handled it this way. I traded that vehicle in and bought an new one at Lubbers a year later. I won't even think about another deanship.
