I came here to shop for a car and told the dealer my budget. The dealer showed me a car well beyond my budget, but I liked it and wanted to discuss the price. After quickly refusing any flexibility on the price, he continued to interrupt us to discuss financing details. I was already feeling uncomfortable, but still felt the car was worth considering, so I first went home and did some research online; I found the car I liked, but the price they had given me was much higher than the one posted online. So I went back to the dealership, this time bringing a knowledgeable friend to test drive the car with me. He discovered the car was probably close to needing a new tire and battery, and said I should absolutely be able to buy it at my budgeted price. So we discussed the price again with them. This time our dealer brought out a lady who discussed the vehicle with us. She told us at the start that the price, which was even higher than that given last time, was non-negotiable. I decided to show her the price I'd found online, she immediately changed her tune, claiming she was merely telling us the value of the vehicle and that the actual price was the one shown online. She had a poor attitude; her manner of speaking was really aggressive. The message she implied was, "if you like it, buy it, otherwise, get lost!" We realized we had other options and left the place immediately. At another dealership I ended up successfully purchasing a better car within my budget, even the interest rate is much lower than theirs. Next time I buy a car I won't consider this dealership and I'll also advise my friends in the area not to shop here, because they have no need to endure thoroughly terrible service.

We had a great experience here. Bo was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere is great and we researched the car before we came in, so we knew we had a decent car. They were not forceful in any way. We will recommend others to AdvantEdge in Wichita in the future.

They are super helpful. It was an amazing experience going to them. They actually listen to what you want and do not force different cars that you don't want. Paul was a fantastic sales man. I recommend going to them if you are looking for a new used car.

Bought a 2002 Impala in 2013 from Advantage, was looking for something newer. I was pleased and very happy with Brandon helping me find my new car a 2016 Nissan. I absolutely love my car, this morning Brandon called me to make sure I was happy with the car and that there was no issues. Thank you Brandon for all your hard work getting me into my new car.

I told them the car I wanted and they told me I was approved and I set up an appointment the next day to pick it up. I got my insurance altered and documentation stariaght. When I arrived they informed me the car I asked about the night before was now sold and I was asked if I wanted to look at the other cars. Then the kicker is they showed me what I was approved for and the car I had picked wasn’t even included in that so I wouldn’t have got it anyways. I wonder if the car was ever even there and if they are putting bait cars on the web just to get foot traffic. I have never left a place feeling so mislead and my time utterly wasted. I would steer clear of this place unless you are truly poor and can’t go somewhere else. Edit: well I’m glad I got a response that adds legitimacy to my review. Note the tone deafness “need to figure out which vehicle you are looking at getting into...” I only inquired about 1 vehicle. I believe in the free market and the right to refuse business to anyone you see fit. I certainly am not entitled to any vehicle on your lot. However, I asked about one vehicle, was told I was approved, was emailed a delivery checklist and scheduled an appointment which I thought was to pick up my new car. I set Up the insurance and no one bothered to let me know the car was sold??? First time on a car lot in 10 years and I remembered real fast why I avoided them in the first place.
