Andrew personally came out to our home and was pleasant to deal with.  He recommended that the unit  be replaced.  He was deployed under our home warranty.  He did not report the entire problem to the home warranty he simply reported that he unclogged a drain line.  He did not report that he recommended the unit be replaced due to the mold in the system.  I ended up calling him back under the direction of the home warranty and asked him to report what he found to the home warranty company.  He became rude on the phone refused to report this stated that the problem had been resolved and refused to help me any further and hung up.

Service was excellent. Andrew was able to squeeze us in at the last minute which was great and thank you very much.He went  right to work and had us up and running in about 30 min. I will recommend him and will not use anybody else for our ac repair needs.

I called Andrew's Air and spoke with Andrew after getting an upsetting call from my mother who lives in The Villages. It seems that she had another company perform her AC's yearly checkup and in the process this company scared her and told her she needed a whole new unit and it would cost $6500! She called me very upset. I found Andrew's Air through a google search and within and hour and a half Andrew himself was at my mother's house and did a thorough check of the system inside and outside. He could not even find one little thing wrong with her system, let alone reason for a new one. I would recommend Andrew to everyone that lives in or around The Villages and can say with confidence my mother will never use another company again! He is honest and reputable where obviously the other company was not.
