Called to get estimate for storm damage and they refused to give estimate. Also per hour charges are way out of line. My insurance company requires a written quote. Also I'm responsible for obtaining all supplies for repair. Will NEVER even consider this company for anything!!!

Requested estimate for exterior door replacement, was told it was time and material and they wouldn't give an 'estimated' labor cost. When I asked about their hourly rate being so high (almost $100 an hour...when labor in this area makes about $15) they decided they didn't want to quote cost or do my work...my impression is that they are used to 'soaking' those who aren't getting multiple estimate. BTW I got the job done beautifully elsewhere for less than their 3 hour minimum.

I will be calling again to schedule some work at my home. The appointment for the first visit was scheduled promptly; the service tech. arrived on time and worked efficiently, and all tools, etc. were cleaned up and no mess was left behind. I recommend this firm.

My experience with Mr. Handyman was excellent. The scheduler was helpful and pleasant. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and conscientious. He worked quickly and was observant, even calling my attention to a wet spot he noticed on the floor of a closet. Without hesitating, he quickly checked out it's possible source & then informed me what to watch for and what to do next if it didn't dry up. it was easy and pleasant doing business with Mr. Handyman.

Great work. On time! Fast, courteous, knowledgeable. I will use them again. No job was too small and, Steven, the technician taught us about the materials and why the previous work didn't hold up. Great experience.
