Kiley and Sons needed three visits and charged us $287 to fix a minor leak in a toilet that we bought from them in May 2016. The majority of the charged time was spent on their iPhone trying to figure out the "double flapper" toilet. It only needed a $22 part. A phone call and email to the owner were not returned.

Called and they were out in less than a hour. Fixed our problem with a simple reset and adjustment. We thought we would need to buy new.  They also showed us how to take care of the problem ourselves if it occurs again.

Great service.  They did a great job on all the work they've done to us and I highly recommend their whole house water filtration system.

good experience, arrived early, best price of the 5 plumbers I called. Debbie in the office was the most pleasant and helpful of all the companies I talked with.

They have the nerve to want to charge $65 for an in-home estimate!  They didn't tell me until I booked the appointment so they had all my info.  I said "no way, no one else charges for an estimate to senior citizens."  I'd love to dive around all day and charge people $65 a pop.  What a great way yo make a living.
