Reviews

Only go here if you like your meat slow-cooked and well-smoked. If you're looking for something like one of the many chain, or multiple location establishments, well, this may not be the place for you.

There is nothing glamorous or luxurious about the location, the building or even the drive there. So, if you need ambience, this is not the place for you. If you need a place to see and be seen, this is not the place for you. If you want to overpay for mediocre or pedestrian eats, this is not the place for you.

You should only come here if you like your meat tender and moist. The kind of experience where the meat slides, literally, gracefully off the bone and rests quite tastily on the tongue, waiting for you to chew. 

The ribs are so good you will want your sauce on the side, so you can dip at your leisure, lest the sauce interfere with the experience that is the meat itself.

So, for $10 (yes, TEN dollars) can you really NOT try it once.

Or twice...

Just sayin'.

This Andrew Bayou was terrible! I've been trying to taste these ribs for weeks. We have drove by your location on several occasions only to find out that you DO NOT honor your hours. We finally caught you yesterday at Northwest Plaza. It was a car show and bbq cook off going on. I was excited too see you there. 
Sad... Sad.. Saddd in your Bbq... It was the toughest ever!  My significant other he was tugging and pulling at your meat. You should never tug or pull at bbq!!!! It was so embarrassing to watch him and the people watch him I knocked it out of his hand before he lost a tooth or Teeth. Your staff running the food truck were not friendly nor were they ready. You lost customers because people were waiting long times for Your meat to get done.Your grill master Pulled the meat to early.  He needs tips on seasoning the meat and cooking longer. And hygiene tips( This is serious) he was not the cleanest looking man on the grill. First impressions are everything. I'm a Bbq girl. Andrew Bayou Get it together. What you offered at the carshow and Bbq cook off  yesterday WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Excellent drinks affordable and great atmosphere.  I enjoyed watching the game and playing darts with my wife.  Best ribs in the city!
