I went there for lunch today.  I come here about 1-2x each month and always have average service.  Today, i requested lemons at the window because i forgot to mention it at the speaker.  The cashier literally said "good grief" or goodness gracious to me, quickly closed the window before taking the 15 seconds to get my lemons. I may be overreacting, but I was very put off from that.  I felt as i was putting them out just by being a customer there.  I will probably go back, as i have never had a similar experience, but quite disappointed in the service i recieved today.

Visited location 2 days in a row, both days order wrong. Nothing fast about this fast food, more of an inconvenience

Not very organized.  Could not get our order correct or several others as well. One guy left with no food and very upset. The service has gone down considerably in the last year or so. It is sad.

Not sure what I got last evening. The battered fish was very hard and chewy, and had no flavor what so ever. The shrimp was overcooked the chicken tenders were semi-crispy but dripping with oil. The worst excuse for food I've ever had. Horrible mess. Someone on the staff doesn't give a damn about the quality or your business based on the other comments I've read.  I drove a distance to get this slop and drove a distance to deliver it to family. Close your doors or train people to produce your brand!  I am so pissed. I spent almost $30.00. No one answers the telephone. If management or owner reads this please prepare someone on your staff to receive my leftovers and fully refund my money on Sunday, July 9th . I have half of what was purchased and the rest was discharged in trash either untouched or spit out. Someone needs to respond to this message. I have more to say but I'll leave it at this. I hope people become better informed and read the google reviews about this and other restaurants before visiting them. This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had.

Food temperature is warm compared to the one on Hallsferry. Skewers are too heavy seasoned for me. Ok place overall
