Family owned and operated, Andrews Roofing provides reliable commercial, residential and industrial roofing services. We serve the Hampton Roads area including: Portsmouth, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Smithfield VA and the NC Outer Banks. We don’t just roof buildings, we shelter lives.

Andrews Roofing Company was founded by Robert Andrews II. His father, Bob Andrews, is vice president and has over 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience. Because we are an owner-operated business, we believe in working with each client to ensure that they are treated like “part of our family.” We handle each job as if it were our own. You work directly with us each step along the way. The desired result, like family, we want you to be happy and we want you to come back.

Andrews Roofing did a great job on our roof. They made sure we understood all of the options available to us. Then they took it a step further to make sure we understood the options that we were going with. It only took a day once they began. They even go the extra step of walking around with a magnet on a wheel, I don't know what it's called, that picks up all of the nails that could be in the grass. They did a great job and the experience was top-notch!

I'd like to give Andrews Roofing a good review but I found the whole process from start to finish to be far below my expectations. We had a slate roof repair that was delayed more than a month from the time they deposited my initial payment to the time they started the job. They used broken slate in the job and even reused some of the old flashing. This was eventually resolved but communication was terrible. Looks like I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix some of the issues that are still unresolved.

Andrews Roofing is a first class company. They stand behind their work and they do what they say. I am a Class A Builder in Hampton Roads and they are the only company I trust to put a roof on for my customers. Their attention to detail is second to none, they follow up with quality control on every job. Got bids for a new roof from 5 different companies/contractors. Andrews beat the closest one by 15%. Very professional, sent a sales rep to my house to discuss the details and they started on time later that week. Obviously the lead time to start a job will vary by season but this was mid-April and they started within 2 weeks of the first payment. Oh and the roof looks perfect. Well done.

I worked for this company for two months. They don't pay there employees at all I have been trying to get paid for the last five weeks. And I was a hourly employee they always had something wrong with my check. Not a sub contractor. It's 8-7-2017 and I'm still trying to get my check...
