Amazing yoga shop that is NOT a chain!! This is important because they tend to be more interested in making money then creating a community of people enjoying practicing yoga! The teachers are incredible and the atmosphere is one that can’t be beat! Classes are offered at convinient times and they even offer a class for kids on the weekends that my daughter LOVES! The owners are amazing people and will always accommodate the best they can! What an amazing yoga family to be apart of!

I love this studio! Both the teachers and the students are helpful, friendly and concerned. The arial class is not to be missed. The space is very welcoming with a warm inviting energy.🕉

My daughter and I signed up for the $25 for 30 days special and I'm hooked! I hadn't practiced yoga for years and it feels so good to start up again with these warm and caring teachers. I feel the stress start to dissipate as soon as I walk through the door. Wonderful space and wonderful people!

Very nice, beautiful, warm and inviting studio. Micheal Brooks is flexible in mind and spirit. He is a true Yogi with a loving spirit :)

I was looking to getting into a routine yoga practice and found Anew Life Yoga and I'm so happy I did. I love the space and the instructors are wonderful and supportive. Very pleased with the variety of classes they offer and a schedule that suits my practice!
