Honor Yoga engages in dishonorable practices. DO NOT GIVE ANY HONOR YOGA BUSINESS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I dropped in for an aerial class, and assumed that I would be charged the drop in fee. Instead, Honor Yoga made unauthorized charges to my credit card for 1 year at $99/month. I have disputed these charges with my credit card company, and am now filing a claim against this business as the owner refuses to refund the fraudulent charges. Very disappointed and frustrated with this business.

Aerial yoga is my new favorite thing. I have been to three classes, two with Louise and one with Gina. Every class brought something new that I hadn't done before. And while there are still comfort zones that can be expanded and fears to get over, I feel so free when I fly! I highly recommend aerial yoga, especially if you do yoga but don't invert much. This will get you upside down fast and it's easier in the air!! :-)

For me, this experience was a total challenge in my life in all aspects: inhibition, fear, language, surrounding people. I am so glad I found this place, it is a little far from my house (39 miles to be exact) but it is worth it. After trying a couple of places this was far the best, everybody is friendly, Joe the instructor is very helpful and patient, the music is not too loud and the class starts on time. I would absolutley encourage evrybody to give it at least a try. I love it.
