I got an appointment last minute and was pretty happy! The gentleman on the phone was nice and polite...I was excited to get my nails filled and repainted. That excitement changed in a hurry. I felt like the guy completely rushed with my nails. And he started getting rude also!  :( The worst was when he finished painting my nails and the shellac gel polish (which I paid extra for) started getting a bubbly effect and looked smudged :( He said it was my fault for not putting my hand properly in the dryers!! And reassured me that it would look good once the topcoat was on. It does not look good!! It is very smudgy looking!! And to top it off, just one day later it is beggining to chip!! So much for paying extra because "it will last longer" I will not be going back!!  The other place I went to did so much better...so disappointing:(

They did a horrible job on my nails, I got SNS and 3 of my nails chipped in 2 days, I went and got them fixed for free and they used the wrong color so I had light and dark purple in random spots. I suggest you go somewhere else. 40$ for discolored, chipped nails.

I've been here before and would again have thought it a 5 star...but this time i came in without an appointment, i said full set of nails and a pedi, and they agreed. Then once the pedi was done (and not very well i add) they told me i couldn't have color on my nails because it will take too long, they closed 10 minutes ago at 7pm. I replied with "that's why i told you what i wanted, and you agreed." Impressively she did my acrylics in 15 minutes, without color to match my feet, but still charged me full price! I've since had to super glue 2 of my nails back down and it's only been 3 days! Time to find another nail salon!

I totally agree with the comment below. This is was my secret spot but they are so great that I recommend them to everyone!!  Charlie is my go to girl for threading/shellac manis but all the employees are super nice. The prices are reasonable and they always honor my apt time. My shellac nails always last me 3+ weeks!

I enjoyed the process of fingernail trimming as a result of online research.  I found out most people don't know anything about nail care. The people here are very capable  and I was impressed with the results.
