Went for a chair massage. While the massage itself was fine,  you sat in a reg chair and leaned forward.  There was no actual massage chair where you can rest your head and relax.

Booked a cut and color for a Friday night. I live over 2 hours away from the salon. My inlaws live in that area and so that's why I picked the salon.  I received the confirmation text the day before. 2 hours before the appointment they called to tell me they didn't schedule out enough time for the appointment and the salon would be closed before they were done. They offered me a random Tuesday. I asked about Saturday instead and said they were booked solid. They had no other suggestions other than this random Tuesday appointment. They did nothing else to remedy their booking mistake and gave me a half-a$$ apology.

Amber was able to squeeze me in.  She was very professional and really cleaned up the mistakes from another salon. She was able to get all the brass out of my hair :) I got a ton of compliments on my Facebook and the next day at work.  I will be back.
