Hopefully I save some parents and people from this place...But looking at other reviews over the year I'm not the only one with an issue and Im guessing it will also just fall on deaf ears. Actions speak louder than words...
 Ive had it As of the past year this place has really been going down hill fast.  Longer waits, chaotic and So much turnover, no consistency, when you finally find a barber who cuts your hair just the way you like it they all of a sudden disappear, only to find out some "genius" decided to let them go.  Judging by how impulsive and quickly they let so many of the best/popular barbers go in a year it definitely seemed to be quite a impetuous decision by someone who doesn't think before acting.  I have 2 boys who will only get their hair cut by one barber, she is the best with kids and now I don't know where to go.  I am sorry either hire better quality or don't be so quick to make horrible decisions and talk/work with customers and employees. Not everyone has the same skill level.  This is the new cost cutters..  and the other locations aren't any better.

I'm not sure what the 1 star reviews are about.  This place is amazing.  I've never had a bad experience here.  I don't see any one stylist but I am always happy as a clam when I leave here.  Haircut, shampoo, conditioner, massage for 13 dollars.  Can't be beat.

Great deal for an amazing customer service experience. All the stylists in the Neenah location are professionals! Not too mention all the extras that go along with the hair cut (shampoo, warm towel, massage). The barbershop has earned a customer for life in me!

I'm disappointed to see some of the reviews, particularly those about the owners as I'm not sure you could find better people to run this company. They are the type of people that truly care about their employees and customers- not your typical absent salon owners. The shop is extremely busy as they have many amazing stylists that are in high demand. The receptionists at this location are SO professional and friendly!!!! Can't beat the price point or the atmosphere

There isn't any consistancy here, always new people working and wait times are chaotic when you find a barber that does your hair just how you like it you stay with them.  This place gets rid of their best barbers.  Terrible job that upper management makes such sudden and very poor decisions that only make this place worse and negatively impact the customers.  There were some great barbers here but they got rid of them all.  You can say the current ones are talented but what you fail to realize is we like consistancy, and not having to constantly figure out who is able to cut my hair just how I like it again and again every 3 months.  
They seem to be more worried about expanding quickly rather than focusing on providing a quality product and service.  This is turning into the next cost cutters...  Time to find a place that I can go for years to come
