This is very much a complaint about the poor customer service.  I'm a long time customer of Angl pretty much go in every weekend for fun outfits.  On August 14th I purchased a romper to wear on my bday Labor Day weekend.  I attempted to wear it this past Saturday for the first time and the zipper got stuck halfway.  I still have the receipt and tags and wanted to exchange it for the same romper with a functioning zipper and I was told that an even exchange for the same item, color, and size is not allowable.  Seriously?!  I'm not asking for a refund or a new outfit, but simply asking for a non defective item so that I am able to wear what I purchased.  Not sure why or since when a defected piece of merchandise became impossible to exchange.  I understand policy since I'm
