I was never greeted at all. I asked for a skirt in a similar style and the employee did not help, she simply directed me to another employee. I was never asked if I needed help. Employees would walk right past me and not ask. The store was a complete mess. They do not have a clean store or good customer service.

This H & M is really nice compare to others I've seen the strip mall area is new and the store is clean with friendly girls working there .

Big beautiful H&M with 2 stories of clothes.  The parking lot nearby is huge and pretty much exclusive, so it's easy to get in and out.  It's never really crowded either so you don't have to wait in line long.

At a loss for words.  There online customer service support was absolutely worthless...ghe have a good product, fair price and great employees in the store but online support is horrid and should be looked at.
