VERY POOR SERVICE. walked in, was greeted but not asked if I needed assistance. I was looking to purchase my first real cowboy hat. I went over to the hat section  and was looking around. Had no idea what I was looking for exactly. I had to ask for assitance. The sales people werent knowlagable about their products. I was basically told to find a hat I liked and one that fit and to buy it.   They didnt seem interested in helping me. Asked 2 different associates and both treated me the same.  

Luckily there was another customer looking at hats as well and we talked a little bit. He was more helpful in 5 min of talking to him than the 30 MINUTES WASTEDtrying to get the employees attention and their help. 

Very poor service, not knowlagable.  

Great seltion of items. Know what you want to buy before going in.

Staff was very friendly, I was asked 4 times if I needed help or assistance. I went here for work boots, the same boot was 20% less at another store. If you're into the country western theme I would say this is a great place to shop.
