1st visit.  Mostly satisfied but had to remind vet to check cats teeth which were found to have a lot of tartar.  Doctor Stevenson said to stop using any canned cat food and that the dry cat food would clean the cat's teeth better.   My little kitty weighed in at 18 lbs but has lost 1 pound since I adopted him.
I didn't think about it until I left but I didn't see the ears checked.  Shouldn't have to ask for ears and teeth to be checked.
Staff is marvelous and carried my cat and carrier  back out to the car for me.

When we took our dachshund in to be put to sleep, Dr Stevenson ask if we were doing this due to an inconvenience? He was 14 with renal failure. He was my child how could he be an inconvenience to us? We also have a mini dauchsand, guess he thinks he is a inconvenience to us too. Very hurtful in a hard time for us and we are still greiving over our loss. Words are something you can't take back remember that next time. That was on Feb 24, 2018

We take our Great Dane here.  The staff is great and Dr. Stevenson helped us through our first year of puppyhood.
