I love animal care east! Tara is always helpful and confidently answers any questions I have concerning my dog, Red. She always has a great attitude and smile on her face which makes the visits always pleasant. The doctors are amazing and really care about your animals well being. Very thankful to have found Animal Care Veterinary Hospital. We are especially pleased with the care we have received for our day Nestle at the hwy. 33 Office. The vets are attentive, compassionate and caring. They really listen and take there time with us and our dog. Appointments are readily available. We Love coming here.

Excellent doctors & staff. Love them! This vet specializes in many breeds including bulldogs. I have been using this vet for 10 plus years and continue to travel from Wilmington. Highly recommend and priced reasonable. They have 3 locations in Greenville N.C. and are very accommodating and flexible

Animal Care East has come a long way. We've been patrons of ACE since 2008 when Dr. Wheelis was our vet. After he left, it seems the practice went down in terms of staff greeting us, overall friendiness, communicating with us about how our pet...they didn't even seem like they liked animals....more like a burden of working a regular 9-5 job. So much so, we contemplated switching practices. In the end, we only stayed because of the convenience of the location (amazing location). However, I'm glad we stayed. Customer interaction and service has been consistently great lately. KUDOS to the ACE TEAMS in coordinating boarding during Thanksgiving as all locations were slammed and full!!! They're very accommodating with scheduling your pet for boarding and I even got to tour the boarding area....I was VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!!! EVERY TIME we have boarded our dog since touring facility, I don't stress over how she's doing every 5 minutes. I KNOW that she is safe, warm and has plenty of company and room to relax. The location off of 264 is great as well!!!!!!
I love the courtesy baths they offer for longer boarding.  Wish they had Sunday hours. As someone else noted, a 2 hour pick-up/drop-off window would be fantastic!!!!!

The staff is very nice.  Every one of them that I have talked with.  From the front desk to those caring for my pets, they are all so friendly.  My dogs stayed with them this past weekend and when I picked them up, each of the dogs had Halloween scarfs on and they looked so happy and so clean!  And I received a report card on how they did during their stay.  Thank you Animal Care East!
