Dr. Thames was very professional, sensitive and committed to providing excellent pet care. So glad I made the decision to take my baby boy to get his dental procedure at their facility. Rocky had periodontal disease despite all the time and effort I put forth brushing his teeth everyday. (I know it sounds like this isn’t truthful, but it really is the truth.) Dr. Thames communicated with me during the entire procedure on what would be in best interest of Rocky’s overall health. I was a bit emotional thinking that behind Rocky’s sweetness and cheerful attitude was his obviously very painful mouth. He must have been in a lot of pain, I imagine. Dogs are resilient. I can see that in my boy right now, as he is recovering well from the extensive dental procedure (fingers crossed). I’m so grateful for Dr. Thames and the staff for taking great care of Rocky during the dental procedure. I also appreciate their follow up call the day after the procedure to ensure everything was going well. We will definitely be going back to this facility for continued pet care.

I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I am passionate enough about my opinion to take the time. Dr. Thames and his staff have always been so attentive to our cats' needs, and we can tell that he truly cares about animals and his profession. We have a cat that needs allergy help every so often, and Dr. Thames has been great managing her condition. He has known her since she was a kitten. She can be a little temperamental with most people, but she remembers Dr. Thames and lets him work on her with no issues. Number one because he is so kind and gentle, and two I honestly believe she remembers he has helped her in the past so she trust him. We have been going to Complete Pet Care for years, and will continue.

The staff at Complete Pet Care has been wonderful! We have mainly worked with Dr. Livesey, who has helped diagnose and treat our puppy’s bouts of pain and sickness. I so appreciate her tenacity in figuring out what’s been wrong with him. The staff is kind and supportive, and definitely love what they do. They have treated me with understanding when I call multiple times per week (and sometimes per day!) and are always quick to get him in to see a doctor, if necessary. As much as I hate the necessity of taking my baby to the doctor, I know he will be well cared for and loved by the staff at Complete Pet Care.

The entire staff was very professional and compassionate when my cat developed liver cancer. They helped me through his decline and the difficult end of his life. Appreciated a wonderful card they sent afterwards, signed by every member of the staff with messages. When I recently adopted a new cat, there was no question in my mind where I would take him to start his care!

My first visit with my Mini Schnauzer and 7 week old Boston went really well. There was no wait, we were placed in a room quickly. I liked having meds readily available and the Vet was knowledgeable and offered puppy tips.
