Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!!!! There are not enough stars for this place. Our poor baby had to come here on Christmas Day and everyone was so pleasant. Our dog is not a happy camper at the vet especially when she is in pain We were sent here by NCSU vet hospital, which is terrible. We always inform vets that our dog gets aggressive in these kinds of situations. They sent someone to greet us and hook us up with a muzzle and information before she even came in. I think this helped set our little pup up for a decent experience. We are so grateful that the staff informed us of everything before hand and were very understanding of her behavior. So happy that a crappy situation ended up pretty decent. Thank you so much VSH!!!

My 15 yr old dog was hit by a truck. I brought him to VSH. They are by far the most compassionate, helpful group of people. I had called other vets but did not receive from them the warmth I received from VSH staff. I can't thank them enough for the amazing service I received from the VSH staff.

We rushed our beloved family cat to VSH late one night recently. She had been hit by a car. The staff on duty were kind, caring, informative and professional. After x-rays, we were shown her broken back and internal injuries and presented with the devastating prognosis. This cat was an extra special love of my teenaged daughter. The news of imminent death was tormenting to my daughter, especially. As my daughter wept in sadness, the entire staff wept as well. The profound concern and gentleness during our saddest moments provided a sense of comfort so desperately needed. The cards and calls especially for my daughter made us feel like family. Thank you, VSH, for your warm welcome into your family and exceeding all expectations by overwhelming margins. Campbell Family.

No one wants to bring their pet in for an emergency. The staff was easy to communicate with over the phone and then gave my dog the best possible care.

We had our put down cat there. They were very caring. The staff very professional.
