My pup and I were only a number for this place. I chose to go here after leaving a vet that I have routinely visited for 6 years because I needed a closer option. I was driving an hour to go to our prior vet. While here, I was told my lab had damaged/cracked teeth and needed an immediate cleaning to avoid any extractions (my prior vet always spoke highly of her teeth). I was quoted an outrageous cleaning price and I decided to hold off. She had some build up... but a simple cleaning is not going to save teeth if they are cracked. They told me she clearly had a rock eating problem... my lab has never eaten rocks. They told me the best thing for her was a full package. I wanted what was best so I decided to go ahead and do everything they had recommended trusting they wanted what was best too. $600 later, her “routine yearly check up” was complete. Granted, that included a follow up in 6 months and a nail trim every month (which I already do myself). After all that... both of our names are spelled wrong on everything I have received. I’ve let them know when I have gone back... it has never been fixed. I gave two stars because I did receive the “full package” I paid for... but did not receive any type of quality experience. They just wanted to add more to her “full package” every time I went back. I get sales are important... but I would like to be able to just come in for what I have paid for. Also, every time I went back for her “complimentary nail trim” the tech tried to charge me. I had to tell them EVERYTIME that I had made a purchase that was suppose to include complimentary nail trims... Fast forward a year later from the initial visit and I decided to go to another place for her yearly checkup. She has a few chipped teeth but nothing serious... just signs of age. A teeth cleaning was recommended but I was told it’s not urgent and her teeth actually look wonderful for her age. She had the exact same package and a much more detailed exam with the vet... $130 later I feel cared for. I don’t feel like a number or that I am being a bad parent. My second opinion was with another local vet hospital with a great reputation. I would highly recommend doing your research and not just going to this place because it is close by!! There are quite a few quality places around here... this one is WAY too expensive!!

Prices are high, but they take good care of my pets. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

They have taken care of my cats and dogs for about 18 years.The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Daniel and Dr. Blaylock are absolutely the best!

Not the best clinic we have been to. When we started going here two years ago we were ok with the clinic. As time went on it seemed their prices increased dramatically. The worst part of our experience with them is that twice we have taken the dogs in for a routine check up just to bring them home and have them scratching violently with fleas. We will be looking for a new vet.

The front desk staff are friendly and the doctors are caring, knowledgeable and professional. Over the years, they have taken care of our dog, Rusty. Sadly, it became necessary to euthanize our beloved dog. I was comforted by the doctor and her staff, and their concern for our family's feelings and our Rusty was genuine and comforting. The options were explained to us in such a caring way. On the day we said goodby to Rusty, the doctor was empathetic and spoke in loving tones to our dog. To my surprise, it was less traumatic because of their kindness and the surroundings. I pictured a stainless steel table under bright lights but it was a tranquil setting in a dimly lit room. I spent time with Rusty and stayed with him throughout. It was very respectful. Today, a florist delivered flowers from Animal Care Vet Hospital and this kind gesture touched my heart. They truly care about their patients and the pet owners.
