My adult dog has been a patient at Animal Medical Center for several years. At first my family was very happy with the vets and staff, but lately we have had customer service issues. It finally came to a head today when I took our brand new 9 week old puppy in for an emergency visit. Our puppy has not been eating and is very lethargic. My family is very concerned! The receptionist at Animal Medical Center was very curt with me and said that since I didn't have an appointment, it would be an hour or more before my puppy could be seen. This was before asking about her condition or assessing the situation. I don't mind waiting, but cold and rude is the wrong attitude when your pet is ill. I'm through with Animal Medical Center.

I feel that the people that have left bad reviews of this place are just mad because things didn’t go their way or because they didn’t have the $$ to pay and as someone who lives on a paycheck to paycheck basis and believe me I understand that but when I took my cat Mr. Meowgi 🐈 there they were nothing but helpful and showed love to my baby. I was scared to death for him and but they assured me he would be okay and in the end it didn’t cost anywhere near what I thought it would be. Thank you so much to the staff for taking such good care of him!!!

I've now experienced 2 different vets for my dogs allergy woes and both at this clinic have been AMAZING! For the first time in 3 years my pup Morgan has not itched and scratched all day everyday! It's not the cheapest nor is it the most expensive BUT each time I have encountered them they have worked hard to not only help heal and get my pup feeling better the best and most financially fit way! I've had other vets who told me there was nothing they could do however the vets here have continually worked hard to help me and my pup! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vet! They are 24 hrs with a vet on staff at all times! Thank you guys so much!

They currently have my little girl Madison, Shes a 13 month old pitbull and has not spent a moment away from me since I got her. She was in a very bad accident. I have the most calm and reassuring sense knowing that she is with these guys and girls. They were fantastic to a hysterical dog mama. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs a vet.

If I could give less than one star I would. My wife and I brought our 11 month old yellow lab here for a swollen eye that we think could have been a bee sting. We waited in the waiting room approximately 30 minutes, keep in mind we were the only people in the waiting room. Once we got in a room we waited another hour after a lady took some info down and told us a doctor would be in shortly to see our sweet girl. An hour went by after not seeing anyone and my wife and I saw our sweet pups eye starting to get better. We got up and left not a single person in the waiting room still and no one at the front desk. Cannot believe this place. I'd hate to know that my dog really needed some kind of serious medical attention.
