I Google searched for Vets before I moved to Rapid City from Illinois. This place had the best reviews. So once I moved I dropped in for a visit and spoke with customers in the waiting area. All good recommendations. But when my kitten was injured I got to see for myself. And I'm so happy to say they were all I had hoped for. Very professional, they showed caring and gentleness for my kitten and comfort for me. It’s Hard to find a Family Vet that you can trust, Is kind and understanding, is affordable, Is very knowledgeable, professional, is open 24/7. You’re our family Vet Thank you for all you do. We have had to come for an Emergency and for regular visit for shots and have been very pleased. Thank you all from front desk to backdoor your all very important to our family.

The staff was amazing, they brought our cat back to life after a diabetes ketoacidosis incident. They were kind, compassionate and most importantly, knowledgeable. I knew our cat was in good hands. Animal clinic of Rapid City is now our primary veterinarian as their critical care and attention to our cats condition surpassed that of any other veterinarian I've been to. I was so impressed by their team, I'd recommend Animal Clinic of Rapid City to anyone!

Such an amazing group of people work here. We've been using their services for our cats since we moved here from St Louis in 2015. They've always been compassionate and realistic with us. Unfortunately, last week we had to say goodbye to one of our two cats, Sophie. She and her sister, Lily, were litter mates and have never been apart from each other. We just knew it was time for Sophie to go, and they confirmed our suspicions. We were with her the entire time. The staff was very comforting and sympathetic. They gave us some time with her beforehand and let us know we could stay with her as long as needed afterwards. It was a sucky situation but they made it just a bit easier for us. We will continue to use their services with Lily. She's a feisty old lady, so hopefully it'll be nothing but regular checkups for a while.
