They seem to be to aloof for my taste. My dog's biopsy was taken at another hospital and they were supposed to order another cut from the tissue. 3 weeks later still no results. If I didn't go the for a prescription refill, I don't know how much longer I was going to wait.. 
I also asked for another prescription refill to be picked up at another location of theirs. The person at the new branch answering the phone couldn't have been any more disinterested about my situation.
Unfortunately animal dermatology wise, one doesn't have to many options around here.

I'm a little upset! Testing on something other then what we were there for & only to find out AFTER the fact & with a extra charge for something I would have never agreed to had I known they were NOT testing what we were there for. Then continued to sell me medication she no longer needed when she tested negative. Completely off focus & with an "additional $130" completely unneeded & that I would have said NO to if I'd known what they were doing. I was there for one reason, one concern. I was completely shocked when they brought her back with skin removed from the opposite end of my dog, that was not my understanding when they took her & I expressed my surprise when they brought her back, that is not what I thought they were testing. So I am a little upset having to pay all that extra money testing something I would have never agreed to had I known what they were doing. After Knowing that's not what I agreed to testing it would have been really nice for them to not then charge me for it. $400 Later... 😟
