I came in tonight because my dog ate something that was making her extremely sick. The one receptionist that checked me in was very friendly and polite. The other receptionist was a complete useless fool. I sat there for  two hours before finally asking  how much longer it would be and was given yet another unsure answer. About six different couples came in and were seen because my dog wasn't considered a "emergency priority". At that point my dog seemed to have perked up and I decided to take her home for the night. I will be monitoring her till morning and will take her somewhere else if her sickness continues. If you want to sit in the waiting room for two hours, be ignored, and have your animal suffer in this neglectful vet clinic then this is the place for you. Negative stars sums up this dump!

We were referred to Dr. Tansey after our regular vet botched our dog's tumor-removal surgery. Dr. Tansey and her team immediately took over our dog's care and truly saved him (and us!). We showed up scared and confused, but Dr. Tansey met with us for long periods of time during each visit to explain our dog's case and answer ALL questions we had. From the moment we walked in the door for each visit, we were greeted by friendly receptionists and caring technicians. You know it's good when our dog LOVED going to the vet each time!!!

The staff was very caring and gentle, and the doctor was thorough with his explanation regarding the wounds my Tiny had after the accident. I thank the staff for their great work, I was so distraught I forgot to take his collar home. He had to be put to sleep because he was suffering to much and wasn't going to make it. I called back the next day and they said they would have his collar ready for pick up. I don't live so close and it took a couple of days to get the collar, but they welcomed me with a smile and gave me his collar right away. Thank you Inland Valley Veterinary Specialists and Staff for your great service. God bless you all.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! It's the worst place they take advantage of people in a desperate situation. We are wanting them to remove the stitches from the surgery that we payed over 2000 dollars for and they say your going to have to wait 2 to 4 hours no way to make an appointment. Just to get her drainage tubes it took almost three hours to be seen mind you we had already PAID FOR THE SERVICE. Calling to arrange an appointment they said " don't you have your own vet" absolute dispicable people. And while we were waiting for all those hours we heard them tell people the SAME story before seeing there animal "this visit will be 500 to 750 dollarsc" they take advantage take of people  o matter how desperate you are don't go here
