It was Labor Day Weekend, Saturday in the afternoon. I noticed my dog was eating something I looked and To my shock it was Rat poison. I knew it was a holiday weekend and finding a Vet open was not going to be easy until i found Animal Emergency Clinic. I called and told the receptionist what happened and she said to bring the dog in right away. I got there and they immediately took Abby to the back and started working on her. We met with the Doctor and she explained to us just what was going to happen to Abby. Stephanie the Vet Tec Nurse was great and she kept us updated on Abby. We were very happy with the Clinic. The Staff was very professional and friendly. We even got a refund for a procedure that they didn't think she really needed. Very Honest Staff. Grateful to all the staff for taking such good care of our precious Abby.  Abby is doing fine.

Thank you Dr. Edwards and staff for always being there for my dogs when they are in need!  You have always known what's been wrong and the right treatment to get them better!

I took my dog in to get a horsetail removed from her ear. I observed the staff taking care of a couple and their 18 year old cat. Very sympathetic staff. However, the doctor who treats your dog dictates how much $ you spend. The first doctor provided an excellent care plan for my dog which was approximately $750. I waited until the doctors changed the next day and the next doctor provided a care plan that was $275.

I had to take my German Shepherd in because he got hit with the bat in the face and the staff was so welcoming and nice.  The Dr. was amazing. He examined my boy Chief and assured me that he will be okay and calmed me down. He didn't try to do extra services that I didn't need like all the other vet clinics do. I highly recommend Animal Emergeny Clinic over any other Vet Clinic up here in the high desert. Me and Chief want to thank you so very much.❤️🐶

Very caring staff and vet. I took my 18 year old cat to be put sleep as he was suffering. Staff is very condiderate and helping with this difficult time. A few days later a sympathy card signed by all on duty staff. Very happy with staff with this heart breaking day.
