Took my dog in to banfield he saw Doctor Tess Clark. After spending $600 in test she wrote me three prescriptions for my dog. I went to CVS to fill them, they only had carried two of the medications, the third medicine was an antibiotic . I went back to banfield and told they CVS did not have it could they give me an alternative medication , I was told that it had to be that particular antibiotic and to try other pharmacy's which I did, went to Walgreen and CVS no one had it. I then called the office and asked again for another antibiotic, was told the Doctor was in surgery and they would call me back before closing. No one ever called. The next morning I called and asked again for another antibiotic my dog is sick he needs an antibiotic. Was told again the Doctor was in surgery. I had to raise my voice and threaten to report them to the BBB if I did not get a n antibiotic for my dog, and if I had to take him to another vet I wanted a full refund. They called back within five minuets and said they found someone with the medication and would send it to me over night. So here it is two days with a sick dog and no antibiotic and will be at least 1 more day before my sick dog has his medication. Horrible, how can you prescribe a medication that you don't offer or no one else does? If my dogs condition worsens due to their lack of giving him his antibiotic I will file a law suit. Will never ever take any of my pets back to this so called hospital.

This place changes doctors constantly and now they are only open one day a week. Additionally, Victorville location is now permanently closed. All I needed was a simple prescription refilled and I have contacted 3 other locations to track down the last doctor that saw my pet and still haven't received a call back. Even though my pet was seen 3 months ago I now have to shell out more money to have my pet seen and tested to get a damn prescription... Im am crazy irrated...

The staff is personable and knowledgeable. They're patient with my lovely, sometimes rumbustious, Labrador Retriever mix. I can call in with any questions I have and the staff is more than willing to answer them. Dr. Andrew Scott is friendly and is willing to answer any questions, no matter how odd they may be. Though at times he seems a tad bit tiered, he's always patient and careful when treating my dog.

worst place to take your pet all they do is want your money i would not send any one other there. i spend over 200 n the doc can't tell me whats wrong with my dog unbelievable i don't know y ppl open a pet hospital n don't know what there talking about.

Today started out like most Sundays ....relaxed, family day until our 9 month old puppy"Buddy" was seriously injured. We have never been in a situation like today thank God. We had no idea where to go on a Sunday so we turned to GOOGLE....We found the Animal Emergency Clinic-Victorville (Ridgecrest Business Park) was open and took our Buddy there. What we experienced was nothing short of cold and callous. The cold-war attitude front desk lady had no immediate concern for our situation her number 1 priority was establishing MONEY and How much of it we had . She started throwing out figures into the thousands IMMEDIATELY without assessing our injured Buddy. We of course left quickly realizing this was a place more concerned on how much money they could cash in on instead of doing a simple assessment and being the Veterinary professionals realizing we were in a panic mode for our family pet. We had phoned friends and were reminded of PETS MART-Banfield Pet hospital in Apple Valley off bear valley rd....so we quickly took Buddy there. Unbelievable the difference...as soon as the nurse saw Buddy she immediately brought him in started oxygen and #1 goal was stabilizing Buddy. The Doctor who left for lunch was immediately called back...They treated Buddy with compassion and true care...Once the situation was settled they of course gave us our bill and set us up with what possible fees we were looking at for BUDDYS RECOMMENDED continued care along with solutions. Its sad that the Animal Emergency Clinic-Victorville ( Ridgecrest Business Park) is only worried 100% about money hopefully those who read will avoid this establishment and seek care for their beloved pets from places like the Banfield Pet Hospital located in Pets Mart off Bear Valley Rd.. Buddy will need surgery and it will be costly however I am glad to give my hard earned money to Experts in the Veterinary field who exhibit true care and compassion for animals...
