We've been talking or animals to Dr. Jesse for over 30 years. He's amazing and the animals really like him. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is what a veterinary office should be like!

Will never bring my dog back to this stupid vet clinic. Brought him in last night and all they did was look at his body and didn't even clean his wounds, gave him pain meds and sent him home. He developed a infection overnight, I stayed up all night taking care of him. Bring him in this morning and the staff was very rude and told me I could walk my dog all the way back and then yanked his leash from me and slammed the door in my face as I heard my baby whining as they pulled him away from me. And then I was told he would go in for surgery at 8am, it is now 9:34am and my dog still has not been taken in for surgery. They say he is in a kennel comfortable and I know he is not unless they gave him a really heavy sedative because he has horrible separation anxiety. Asked if I could complain and even got into an argument with the main person here about the care of my animal and the fact he has been suffering since last night. And then they got mad because I wouldn't leave my baby overnight(I'm sorry but no, they don't even stay in the clinic with the animals) never again. $600 later for a horrible vet clinic. Money hungry people.

I trust & love Apple Valley Animal Hospital so much that even after moving further away from them, I am just fine with driving past multiple vets & go further just so I know my animals are in the best care!
