Thankfully, I haven't needed to take any of our animals here for several years since another vet in town stays open until 11 on weekdays. I'm glad, too, since nothing seems to have changed in that time. What is puzzling to me is that in spite of so many 1 star reviews (that basically outline the same issues with your facility practices), these issues persist - despite your response that you value feedback. If the feedback is truly valuable, please act on it! You provide an important service to our community, much like the emergency room at the hospital. With that comes the responsibility to be professional and caring to all patients/families, regardless of how busy it is. We will pay you, but please understand that our primary focus is on the LIVES of our pets - the only reason people are there in the first place - not how quickly we can process our payment.

Our 11 week old Great Dane had an allergic reaction and needed immediate care. The professionals here took excellent care of our family member. Nice to know they are there and they care. Thank you, Bob and Carolyn Collins

Hated it for what I had to do to my puppy but they are the most incredible caring people I ever meet in my life. Thank you all for being so kind to me and my best friend I loved with all my heart Sandy. Thank you for helping on her way to be with the Lord. Andrew

We took our dog here after she accidentally swallowed a plastic spoon. It was late on a Friday night on a holiday weekend yet we were seen quickly and the doctor took the time to explain all our options and the pros and cons of each. The staff was wonderful and very compassionate. In the end, we were able to use a minimally invasive method to get the spoon out and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend taking your pet here in the event of an emergency.

I have used this facility many times over the years for my cats ....... I have never had an experience like I did last night...... I brought my 6 year old cat in to be looked at , at the time he was having trouble breathing, some vomiting, and he was lethargic...... and not eating ......they checked him out and I gave them the ok to do blood work....... all of his results came back clear for the most part........they treated him for a respiratory infection, gave him fluids and antibiotics. I took him home and had been monitoring him throughout the day ......he appeared to be feeling a bit better until he tried to get up and walk ........ he had severe trouble getting up on his hind legs , which was not a problem when I first brought him in ....... he had urinated all over the bedding he was laying in and all over himself...... so I cleaned him up and calls the vet back ......and told them what was going on....... now I was charged 367.00 at the time of his visit....... and the lady on the phone told me that he needed more testing to find is there is something else underlying that they were inable to determine at the time of the visit....... she told me to bring him back in for an ultrasound and ex-rays and that he might possibility have to be hospitalized....... I don’t have the kind of money that they told me that I would need to do everything they wanted to do to him...... so as the night progressed. I went over to check him out ...... and I found the spot where they drew his blood was quite swollen and severely red ...... so now I am wondering if they didn’t hurt his hind legs when they tried to draw blood ....... because he was fighting them....... we shall see when I go to my regular vet....... the people who work there are nice enough....... but it seems like they are more about how much money they could get out of me...... for tests that he probally doesn’t need......and that are way overpriced....... needless to say I will never bring any of my animals here again....... I will drive them to the clinic in Jacksonville ...... diagnosis to be determined at my regular vet
