Brought our cat in after hours due to being attacked by a dog. The tech told us the price to save her or we could put her down. We elected to save and operate. He acted very inconvenienced at our choice. We picked her up the next morning and I noticed her stitches used were heavy sutures and very far apart. On the way to our regular vet, our cat tore the stitches out. I will never take an animal there again. Our regular vet said the sutures were done incorrectly. Our cat was bleeding and our vet had to sedate her and re-suture her all over again.

This time yesterday we didn’t know if our puppy Nitro’s eye was going to make it. We rushed him to Animal Urgent Care and in a little over an hour they had him all put back together. They are an excellent emergency center and I would highly recommend them in an emergency. No it wasn’t super cheap but what emergency room is...also totally worth the service we received and the peace of mind they provided to my family!!!

My cat is battling a horrible upper respiratory infection and I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks. My timing is horrible and so far it's been at night when my regular vet is closed. They've been more than understanding and I feel they truly care about my pet. The prices are average between $120 and $200 with the visit and medications they give. There may be others that say they're too expensive here but we have to keep in mind we are paying for convenience of the hours as well as the wellbeing of our pet family.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Chase Madison.  You were caring, kind, and patient.  You helped us to get Chase back on his paws.  He was a sick boy and thanks to you, he is back to his old self.  Keep up the good work.  And thanks again.

These folks rock!  I took my 7 month old Lab today for a major ear infection. I have also taken our other dogs
there for emergency care, some of it very serious. It's super clean in there, very welcoming, and the staff and Vets are super caring.  I called this am and they said we do "walk ins" . I got there and smooth as silk. Very detailed care.  I love these guys.  Last year, I found a bird in my yard, it had been attacked, I took it there, regrettably, it could not be helped, and they had to put it to sleep but stopped everything they were doing to help me and the bird.  I am grateful they are available .
