Loved coming here, the ladies were very sweet to my family and my boy ace. And very patient with us, we made the decision to put him down cause he was so ill and they helped us out a lot. Very kind people. I would most definitely come back again with future pets

Amazing staff and very attentive in person, via email, and on Facebook. Explanations that even someone who is not a doctor can understand. You can see that they care deeply about their patients, their business and their standing in the community! Thank you to everybody at Animal Hospital of Rowlett.

I have taken my senior dog in twice over the last two weeks who is now in heart failure. This is our second dog with heart failure. Our first was about four years ago and we took him here as well. We saw Dr Carter the last two times. She and all of the techs were exceptionally helpful, friendly and nice. They were very helpful and patient in dealing with our dog who is not friendly. They made us feel very comfortable, explained well and really care about the dogs. I was there very late the first visit and all of them went over the top to give good service and never made me feel bad for keeping them there so late. I would highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my pets to this facility since we moved here in 1996.  I couldn't ask for a better facility to bring my pets to.  The staff is knowledgeable yet awesome at explaining things to me in a way I can understand.  They are patient and take the time needed to make sure I understand everything and the positives and negatives of each option.   In my 20+ years of going to AHR, I have never once had a bad experience.

Every time I have needed to bring in any of my fur babies, the staff and doctors have been wonderful.  No matter the issue, they take the time to listen to your questions and make sure you are comfortable with your pet's care before you leave.  I can't say enough good about them.
