I cannot even begin to describe the amount of praise i have for this animal hospital. I have lived in 10 different cities over the last 7 years and therefore have had many veterinarians. Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital is by far my favorite and the best. Even when I lived an hour away, the drive was worth it to have them cared for by this vet. I have 4 very large dogs that are very active. I'll start with the medical practice first. Anytime I need to make an appointment for one of my dogs, I was ALWAYS able to get in on the date I wanted. Even if they don't have an appointment open, they were able to squeeze in my sick dog. All of the doctors are very smart and highly professional. However, Dr. Avery is my favorite of all-time. Anytime one of my dogs has something wrong, even before running tests, he immediately knows what is wrong and his thought turned out to be 100% right. He never gives unneeded care or tries to get me to order more tests than needed just to make some more money. Not only that, but he actually remembers each of my dogs each time (things about them that isn't in their medical chart). With so many dogs, that is very impressive. The prices are very reasonable and he informs me of costs before proceeding. Dr. Avery even made himself available after hours to provide medical advice for my dog when he was not working. The receptionists and techs are extremely friendly and upbeat. They are always so pleasant when i call to make an appointment, boarding reservation, or need information emailed to me. Finally, the boarding. People can easily feel comfortable leaving their fur baby in the care of this facility. The prices are reasonable and the pets are cared for and given lots of attention all day. They also text photos of the pets during the stay. My dogs all love being boarded there. Thank you to all staff at Stonebridge in Rockwall for making our 4 dogs very happy and taking great care of them. Regardless of where my husband and I live in the DFW area, we will keep having them cared for at Stonebridge in Rockwall.

My dog boarded here for about 5 days, the staff were pretty friendly but when we picked her up she got terribly sick the next few days. She's usually an active dog but she experienced diarrhea and vomiting and had no energy left. I'm not sure if it's just because of the stress she felt from staying in an uncomfortable place but I wouldn't recommend this place. Not to mention how pricey her stay was compared to other places I've sent her off to before.

As a military spouse I have seen many vets, believe me , but they are the most carrying ones I have met so far. In addition to the standard treatments, Dr. Avery has saved our dog's life last year by doing an emergency surgery on her. Thank you to you Team Stonebridge we had another great year with Bella.

I recently switched vets and found Dr. Avery. He truly cares for your pet. He takes time to explain exactly what your pet needs and why he is suggesting that care. Dr Avery is very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is friendly, location is handy and facilities are clean. You can't go wrong with Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Avery must have skipped the classes on bedside manner and professionalism during medical school. Other than the medical care he provided he felt it was important to lecture me that I needed to do some alpha training with my (10 wk) puppy because he's a large breed puppy we were going to be in for trouble if we didn't. Not only am I bit older than him and in the medical field myself, I'm a paying customer and can be spoken to and not spoken down to. If the good doctor had bothered to ask he would have found out that this is the 3rd large breed puppy I've owned, the first two I trained and raised from puppies to their old age and passing (their ashes are on my dresser), and have had a few other puppies and dogs come in and out of our lives and homes over the years.
