They are always so kind in here. They didn't have any appointments and they let me drop her off early in the morning and they fit her in when they could so she could still be seen. They always make sure the answer all of my questions. I love this vet. Update 8.31.17: I just love this place, they never rush you out. Today I had lots of questions and they answered all and even gave my rambunctious little one this sweet bandana. Thanks team!

This vet is awesome just watch out for charges that are inflated. It costs almost as much as a standard pedicure for myself for what they charge for a 30 second nail trim. Wow!! Will still use this place for sure but all the other nail trimmings must have been included in other services or else I just have never noticed that I was paying for it. Note to self: Invest in some nice nail trimmers and do that at home.

Today was our first visit at BLWA. We had heard wonderful things and we weren’t disappointed. Absolutely phenomenal! I called first thing this morning and left a message which was returned within 15 minutes. For a well check appointment. Nothing urgent. They were able to get us in same day. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, stopping what they were doing to come around and love on my sweet puppy. Ocean was very knowledgeable, friendly and great with my pup. Dr Alexander took his time to walk me through any concerns and questions I had. He was very thorough and down to earth. Sometimes when choosing the best of the best the customer service/bedside manner can be lacking. Not at BLWA! We’re so excited to have found our vet home.

Thank you to the staff and doctors at BLWA! our first visit was amazing! Dr. Brogli took the time to talk with me about snowball and the treatments we were going with. They even called to check on how she was doing and sent a welcome card! Prices are very reasonable for the time and care they showed to my fur baby. I would highly recommend them to anyone with furry family!!!

In my opinion, this is the best veterinarian clinic in town. The staff is not only professional and well trained, they are kind and considerate. We will never forget the sympathy card signed by the entire staff when we lost our beloved cat. The facility is clean and chic, and (of course) pet friendly!
