I was purchasing a whole new wardrobe for a new job, and Posha helped me from start to finish. I was there for a couple of hours, trying on clothes that she recommended as well as what I found. She was there to make suggestions, like a personal shopper. She even put outfits together for me once I had a lot of items picked out. I spent a lot but found some fantastic deals, and this is now my favorite store. Keep up the great work!

Very upset with the Manager Posha who could not, or would not, facilitate a return, from a 2 month old purchase, even though we had a gift receipt. We were told that sales are final. If that were the case why did they give our daughter a gift receipt? Makes no sense. Posha handled this whole frustrating situation in the worst possible manner. Posha who identified herself as the store manager has no concept of what the term "Customer Service" means in the Ann Taylor system. I feel sorry for her staff, who she treat rudely in front of us and the customers of this location. When the clerk could not help us with a return (it was the clerks first week on the job) she requested assistance from the store manager - the store manager told her we would have to wait because she just went on break (we overheard the radio conversation) the look on the clerks eyes was of disbelief but she awkwardly passed along the message. We waited 18 min at the counter until Ms. Posha had time to grace us with her presence. Her presence was announced loudly as she stomped from the back of the store to the front counter. Spouted off "Our Policy" language to us and did nothing to appease a long time Ann Taylor customer. Her tone was rude and her "this is what you get for interrupting my lunch attitude" was not appreciated - Go else where is my advice. Jack A
