Purchased a jacket at the store. I took off the tags and put it on once I got home. When I got in to my truck there is so much material in the hood that I felt like it was forcing my head forward. It was extremely uncomfortable. I attempted to return it and was told without the tags there was nothing they could do. The jacket has been worn for approximately 10 minutes. Now I'm stuck with a product I will never wear. Thanks. If you like Carhartt products buy them at JAX just down the road. Stay away from the outlet mall!

tried to return 3 pairs of pants that I spent well over a hundred dollars on and just because i washed them I can't return them. Duh! I always wash my new pants because I don't know how many people have tried them on before I bought them. The point is i just wanted to exchange them for loose fit because the relaxed fit was just to tight for me. I'll admit I should have tried them on first my mistake but now I'm stuck with pants I can't wear. really just makes me mad I've never been to a store that had that kind of policy. I guess customer satisfaction doesn't matter anymore as long as they get your money

I had a great experience shopping here.  Jill the owner was extremely helpful and seemed to be running around the entire store helping everyone find what they needed.  All with a big smile on her face.  Thanks Jill!

HORRIBLE customer service after nearly 3 weeks of waiting for my jacket (was told within 10 days) I canceled my order.  I stopped by the store once and called 2 times and every time I got response "if we didn't call it's not here" wouldn't even look at the computer (there wasn't a person in the shop either dead slow)!  I had enough canceled order went to Jax Outdoor and found the same jacket in stock for $20 less.  I am now a happy camper, bottom line if it's not on the shelf don't bother!  Do yourself a favor go to Jax or order online from a place that has it in stock!
