Never buy from their website, they hold "your" money hostage, they'll send you defective misprinted items then when they can't pawn their junk off on you, they will not refund you "your" money they hold it hostage & offer you a gift certificate! What makes them think they've developed a relationship? They can't even get off to a good start for them to think you want to buy anything from them again! They made me wait 45 days to tell me I still don't get my money back! I want to be able to spend "my" money on what I want not to be tied up into a business that acts like it take 45 days to process! Do they unstitch it then stitch it back together to make sure all the cuts on the item is from their pattern & their thread???

Items were priced incorrectly, sale tags were listed for the item, but the manager would not honor them... said they were a mistake. She seemed to know about the mistake, so why not fix it? Macy's appears to be cheaper for UA clothes when they are on sale. Suggest going there.

Even though it's located in the outlet shops most prices are full retail. You can sometimes find a great deal on a clearance rack though.
