This Target has friendly employees who are also very efficient. Unlike some Targets, this one is rather neat and there are no items strewn all over the place.

Well. . I have been to lot of target stores but this one is not that good. It's messy and you won't find things you are looking for here. I prefer self checkout here as those lanes are more and faster than others. Parking is in abundance and you don't have to worry about that. Food section doesn't have lot of vegetables so don't assume that you can buy all groceries here but bath section is decent in terms of variety.

This was posted on April 1, 2018. The Target in Watertown, MA is really a decent store in many ways. They have all the normal offerings, and including food and alcohol. They have a section in the back left that rotates given the season/holiday. The bathrooms are always clean and the place is generally clean. Staff is reasonably helpful and available. The only reason I give this three stars is because (1) THEY NEED TO SWITCH TO CONTINUOUS LINE CHECKOUT, and because (2) THEY NEED TO BOOST THEIR INTERNET IN THE STORE. Regarding the first item, the wait time can be extremely frustrating when there is a rush to checkout. Inevitably, new lines open, and the people at the BACK of the lines suddenly get to the front in the new lines. Yes, they get people through the lines, but in a completely unfair fashion. Yesterday, I waited approx. 25 mins to checkout, and I had to switch lines TWICE, getting bumped to the back both times. If they had ONE LINE (like many Trader Joe's) and just directed people to the next available register, this would REALLY ALLEVIATE this frustration. Secondly, like many people, when I am shopping in Target I often need to reach out to my significant other or family member to consult on an item. I don't know why, but the internet just DOES NOT WORK in the store. At times, I have had to leave my cart, leave the store and go out front for internet so I can get the answer I need before I purchase. If they fix these issues it will be a FIVE STAR Target.

Waited over 25 minutes for trying on room for my 11 yr old son because they said there is only one room for males. No male came out then suddenly a room was available, not sure how that happened. Woman at trying on room extremely rude. When I asked if I could go in with him to a family trying on room she said no because he was a male, that we needed to wait for the one male room to be available. Incredible. Overall, store very messy, clothing on floor, shelves messy and unorganized. Staff very rude, talking with each other more than helping customers.

Perfectly sufficient Target, though checkout took FOREVER. Only a few registers open, all with huge lines.
