Over the last year, I've called on Anna's to make arrangements to send to my wife at work.  Each time the flowers were delivered on-time and have been beautiful.  The staff have been courteous and accommodating, going beyond what was expected to satisfy my requests.  I appreciate the service Anna's provides, and will continue to give them my business.

Ordered my wife a rose arrangement for our wedding anniversary numerous days in advance.  I specifically requested it be delivered to her place of work before their closing time at 11 a.m.  I was told that this was not a problem at all.  The money for the arrangment was taken out of my account less than an hour later. However, the flowers were never delivered.  When I called to find out what was going on, I was told they did not process the order until 1 p.m. that day and that they were sorry.  When I asked for an alternative delivery site and a simple upgrade in arrangements, I was told it could not be done except for an additional fee.  When you make mistakes in business, you should go out of your way to satisfy your customers.  In short, if you want to do something special for a loved one, do not count on this flower shop.

I've used Anna's a few times now and have always been pleased with the selection, prices, and service.  Most recently I asked for same day delivery and the bouquet was delivered as promised without a hitch.  The staff has always been very pleasant and cooperative.
