I gave them one star only because there's nothing lower I can rate them. I ordered flowers at 7:45 in the morning for my sisters who just started their first week of school with good grades. Naturally I wanted to surprise them with something nice. They didn't have the flowers that I wanted because they had to get them from their warehouse. Which is fine because I wanted the flowers that day so its understandable. However I told the man to put the same colors in a seperate bouquet and that I didnt care about the price as long as it had the color and life I wanted which happened to be rainbow colored. He promised the flowers would be no later than 4:00pm however they did not arrive till 5:20pm. The flowers looked horrible like they came from a funeral. There was no red no purple no blue no pink and no orchids no lilacs and no babies breath that I ordered. The flowers had no focal point and one side was completely bare. They forgot the robin that I paid for and they did not trim the leaves or flowers dead leaves. I will not be ordering flowers from this location ever again. Please do not let these people take advantage of you if you're looking for flowers.

Horrible. Gave detailed instructions to have delivered at a certain time for a birthday surprise and showed up 4 hours early and completely ruined the surprise. Not trustworthy at all.

Despite reading a couple negative reviews about this florist, I gave it a last minute try. I placed my order for premium lily's for my Mom and Dad's anniversary. Rickey Heroman's sent me an email confirmation, then another confirmation that the order was received and prepped, then a final confirmation about 2 hours later that the flowers were already delivered. They did great from start to finish and delivered much earlier than I anticipated. I will recommend this company. (And I never leave reviews, this place was exceptional.)

I ordered a basket of flowers for a long time friend who passed. I was treated with thoughtfulness by the staff and let them design a basket for my friend. It turned out beautiful and was delivered to Seale's Funeral home for the wake. Thank you so very much for taking care of my order.

My family and I ordered a funeral spray on January 6, 2015 . I wanted it to look like a photo from a Pinterest website I had found, they copied it exactly as I had wished. I appreciate the time and effort they put into this, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
