Horrible!!!! Absolutely horrible!!! I spent quite a bit of money to send birthday flowers to my sister as I live in Mich. and her in LA for her only to receive a cheaply thrown together arrangement in a cheap vase ( mind you I paid extra for a very nice vase) for the lovely note I wrote her was sent on no more than a piece of paper with tiny typing no bigger than you get in a fortune cookie! I wish I could post pictures of what I ordered and paid extra for as to what she received. I contactacted my purchasing company and they were very apologetic and promised to make things right, with a different florist and by giving me 20% of my money back. It's to bad my purchaser had to lose money over your poor job!! You should be ashamed to call yourself a florist! You ruined my gift to my big sister and that is unforgivable in my eyes.

My entire family has used Milton's Florist for every event from Prom's to Funeral's. They always come through with the most stunning arrangements and creations. And they always provide the best creations in town for your money. I grew up with Milton's in my life and now that I live away will always call them directly to send flowers to my family or events in Louisiana, rather than using FTD or 1-800-flowers, because I trust them to send beautiful work.

My fiance ordered flowers online for our anniversary.  They took the money out immediately.  The flowers were not delivered.  When he called, the woman was rude to him and said she didn't take the money out of his account.  The bank clearly said she did!  No appology offered and now we are in a dispute over the charges.  I would give them less than poor if that were a choice.  Take your business elsewhere!!!

The lady called me and told me my card declined told her I was looking at my bank account and the amount did come out of my account.  She insisted that it didn't and told me "we'll see" and hung up on me.
