Call to to sell my tiger eye plants to the flower shop and the employee was was very rude in disrespectful to me while I was on the phone with her. Not doing business with them.

What a joke. I had flowers delivered  to my mom and they forgot  the balloon  lost the card and delivered  a small amount  of flowers...not like the picture  at all. I had it delivered  to her work so she could  get a wow factor in front  of her employees and she received  nothing  special...i called after seeing  what a ridiculous  amount  of flowers she received  to get what i paied for and they went to her work and took back what they delivered. Refusing  to redeliver. So we are reordering  from another  florist. So if you think your mom is a very special  person and you  love her as we do. shop somewhere  else! They left the balloon  they delivered  1 hour after they delivered  the flowers. Wish they  would have taken the price tag off, they must have stopped  off at family dollar on the way to her work to pick one up. Sorry Mom you deserve  so much better!

The most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen! Anna's was the florist for both daughters' weddings and all our special occasions. Best personal service available.

The hours on your phone message and on Google are not correct. You might want to update this. I made a trip over to your store only to find that you are only open until 2:00 and not 4:00 p.m.

The owner offered to make a personal delivery of flowers to the college on Sunday (Valentine's Day) so they would be fresh when my daughter returned to campus!  That is customer service at it's best.  Thank  you.
