Would rate this place 0 stars if i could. I made an appointment with a hispanic lady I forgot her name and I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair and the ending result was HORRIBLE nothing like the picture I showed a picture of loose medium curls. She basically did nothing she flat ironed my hair even though my hair is completely flat and did like 3 ugly curls I don't even know how to describe it, then she continued and threw a boat load of hair spray. Then when I went to complain to the manager she came and said I don't give a S*** that you T like it its exactly like the picture. Which was not even a customer came and asked if she can see the picture and she also agreed that it looked horrible and nothing like the picture and she told the manager I should get my money back and the manager gave me half my money back. THE LADY THAT DID MY HAIR IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND SHOULDN'T DISRESPECT HER CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. SHE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Im not even going to go into detail about what happened and who did it. I even checked reviews before going and figured "hey maybe these people just had a bad experience, mine won't be as bad" but boy was I wrong. I'm surprised this place is even open for business still. Worst haircut I have ever received in my entire life. I don't ever post bad reviews because I understand mistakes happen, but WOW absolutely unacceptable. Customers beware.

First experience with Master cuts and after the "services" I received today it will be my last! We walked into an empty salon and after about 5 minutes 2 ladies appeared from the back MJ and the other lady never did identify herself. I came well prepared with pictures of many angles of how I wanted my hair cut. It was an undercut Bob. The lady asked MJ if she was comfortable doing it, she responded she could. As she sat me down and began searching for her comb then her brush, she was completely disorganized. Her first cut was far shorter than I wanted but I decided to see what she could do. As the hair cut continue it only got worse. I had told them I had a bad neck and that was the reason for cutting off so much hair. It was the most painful haircut ever as she repeatedly forced my head around, combed my ear more than 20 times. When she was "done" she asked how I liked it, and I said she wasn't finished she still needed to shave it. As she looked at me blankly the other lady stepped in and tried to explain it to her and MJ said you will just have to do it for me. Which she tried.. In the end I look half scalped with several length of shaved areas and a very odd shaggy point underlayer which causes everything to lay poorly. But I could see they had tried to utilize the "skills" they had.. and decided any more complaints would only further ruin the cut and the chance of getting it fixed by a real PROFESSIONAL!

Last week Saturday May 17th 2014 @ the Boynton Beach mall I walked into Mastercuts at 7:50pm to have my hair washed and flat ironed, by 8:30pm Sharon was done and I looked wonderful. But before that happened I first went to the Walmart salon at 7:30pm, and although the stylist there was very nice she was also pretty busy, so I left. Then 10 mins later at 7:40pm I arrived at JcPenney's in the mall salon, but they turned me away stating; the stylists are cleaning up to leave and there would not be enough time to do my hair. Meanwhile there is only one customer there whose hair is being done by one of the stylist. There were 2 other workers there and one was sitting down talking while the other was eating. So after they turned me away I went to Regis Salon in the mall, here there were 2 stylist one is working on a customer the other is not. The one without a customer (Brittany) says it’s too late for her to finish my hair by 9pm, at this point the time is only 7:45pm. So next I go to Mastercuts, Sharon was the only one on duty. She welcomed me with a smile and started working on my hair immediately. While doing my hair another customer came and she smiled at them and stated she would be done with me by 8:30pm and would be free to help them. They waited and she started the other woman's hair as soon as she finished with me. Kudos to Sharon, Mastercuts is lucky to have her.
