Dr. Bierne is a great doctor, but his receptionist, Jennifer really seems to lack compassion and basic human consideration. If I wasn't very very ill at the time, she would have scared me away from seeing a great doctor. After initially having a bad interaction with her, she was also rude to the diagnostic company that I was working with as well. It is unfortunate, because I really do feel that Dr. Bierne is great, but unfortunately, as with many doctors, the patient interacts more with the front desk staff than with the actual doctor.
