They did it!  I had very special insurance needs and where other companies were unable to provide coverage, they did it!  Everyone was professional and personable.  Phone call and messages were returned promptly.  I personally find them trustworthy, with m best interests at heart.  After my experiences with Larry Willis, I tried to convert all of my insurance policies to this company, but he advised me to retain some of my old policies instead.  I plan to do all my insurance business with them in the future!

Horrible customer service. If I can give it ZERO stars I would. SCOTT WILLIS (the owner) has been very RUDE and disgusting. Literally told me to climb up the roof and cover it to prevent leaks until they get to me!! He then hung up on me and said to go deal with my insurance company!! Nelda, Star and Yousabi are three representatives I dealt with, all they do is place you on hold until the phone disconnects. 
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
Will be reporting on all sites possible and to business bureau.

Annette Willis insurance has been my insurance agent for over twenty years .Their friendly and courteous staff takes the time in explaining the different aspects of my insurance needs.Thru the years, I have saved a lot in both time and money by going to Annette Willis Insurance

Johanne Laurent is a tremendous asset to this company. She provides excellent customer service and support at all times. GENESIS on the other hand is extremely rude and disrespectful. She should not be allowed to interact with clients. She has a bad attitude and she is very sarcastic. This type of poor customer service will drive customers away. I will be taking my business elsewhere because of my bad experience with her.
